A family run free house located in the village of Porlock in West Somerset. The Ship Inn, known locally as the Top Ship, is a traditional country pub with roaring log burners in the winter and a large outdoor seating area and children’s play area for the summer months. We have ample bar and restaurant space and pride ourselves in offering great service and serving a varied selection of homemade meals and snacks to suit all appetites and dietary requirements.

We offer a large selection of local ales and ciders, breakfast (available to non-residents), lunch and dinner is served daily, as well as having 5 en-suite bed and breakfast letting rooms available all year round.

Pets are most welcome and on-site car parking is available.
