Black Bear Brewery is flying the flag high for Wiveliscombe’s historic brewing tradition.

We are a proudly independent microbrewery that believes quality cask ale tastes better when brewed in small batches and served fresh to our customers.

Situated on-site at the historic Bear Inn, in ‘Wivey’, visitors are welcome to see the brewery in operation Mon to Fri, 8-5. The pub itself is open at 9am until late.

Black Bear Brewery ales are available on the bar permanently, together with an wide ranging food menu and specials.

Beer can also be ordered for take-away, parties, and events from our website.
