Bampton Heritage and Visitor Centre offer you a warm welcome. We are a family-friendly and accessible site where you can explore our rich history through objects, information boards, short videos and virtual tours.

For younger visitors, play our quoits, cup and ball, spinning top games, and our fun children’s quiz, or dress up and tell stories of life in Bampton’s past.

One of our key aims is to show and share our rich heritage with residents and visitors of all ages. We are also a Tourist Information Point and can provide you with or signpost you to a range of information to help make the most of your visit. We have a gift shop with a range of walking books for the area, and some lovely Bampton gifts and greeting cards.
